Whenever you pull this cart, the wheels will disengage from the motor/gearbox, and work as a regular manual pull cart without extra resistance from the motor. The caddy can be easily operated without power.
Turning adjustment thumb wheel DOWN (left and/or right side of the front wheel) to adjust the alignment to the RIGHT direction, tuning the thumb wheel UP to adjust the alignment to the LEFT direction. The tracking can be adjusted via the adjustment mechanism mounted to the front wheel. Scrolling the Rheostat Speed Control knob lets you choose your preferred speed to suit your space perfectly, and the digital display will show the preferred speed. Timer 10M/20M/30M function shows as Program a/b/c. The digital display shows the speed level and Timer Function. The cart will remember its last setting when you stop and travel at that speed automatically when you start again, except when you change the speed knob position. One brief press Power/Stop-Go Combo button in order to Pause or Run the trolley. You can stop the Timer program by pressing the Power/Stop-Go combo button on the handle or the Stop button on the remote handset anytime.ģ.1.4. The (A->B) Timer button works as 10, 20, 30 Seconds moving control (about 10, 20, 30 yard/meter distance) Increase 10 seconds (10 yards) each press. Install clamp style Accessories Station on the frame and attach Scorecard Holder, Umbrella Holder to Accessories Station.The place battery pack on the battery tray and fasten the Velcro strap around the battery tightly.Pull up the Middle Folding Hinge to release the lock (Pic 7), push Lower Frame down (Pic 8), and laydown frames (Pic 9). To Folding the cart, pull up the Upper Folding Hinge to release the lock (Pic 5), and push Upper Frame down (Pic 6).Please make sure that the wheels are assembled on the correct side, otherwise, the clutches will not engage.
Note: This trolley has a specific right (R) and a left (L) wheel, as seen from behind in the driving direction. If you feel the wheels are not working then take them off – switch the power on and if the axle rotates you will know you have not pushed the wheels all the way in. To disassemble the wheels proceed in reverse order.
If not locked in, the wheel will not be connected to the clutch and will not be propelled!!! Test the lock by trying to pull the wheel out. Make sure to keep the locking button on the outside of the wheel pushed in during this process, in order to enable the axle extensions, including the two pins, to be inserted all the way into the wheel.
